HOW DO I
GET STARTED?
Getting started is simple ...

via my contact page to set up a
15 minute, free friendly consultation.

We'll chat about your needs and how I can help lighten the load
ARE THERE ANY
HIDDEN COSTS?
No, all costs will clearly be stated
in your booking form and contract, following our initial chat.
​
If a project changes, more time
or a specific software is needed etc,
this will be discussed and won't be done without prior consent from yourself.
WHAT ARE YOUR
PAYMENT TERMS?
This depends which 'route' you
choose to go down ...

Retainer packages are paid in advance, as are ad-hoc hours, when
first using my services.
​
Bespoke packages such as
website design etc will be paid
in agreed stages, with an initial amount paid upfront at the time of booking.
​
All payments must be made
within 7 days of an invoice and
no work will be done
if payment is not made on time.
HOW DO WE
COMMUNICATE?
Initially I ask that you contact me by
email, however, from that point
onwards we can continue chatting by email, what's app or phone.

I do generally prefer email or
What's App as a form of
communication as it's often better
to have things written down
to avoid any mistakes being made.
HOW ARE PASSWORDS
KEPT SAFE?
Rest assured,
I take data security seriously.
I have robust protocols and
use secure communication tools
to keep your information safe.

I will discuss with you about using
a safe and secure system
for you to send me your confidential
documents and passwords
(and me returning them to you).

Your confidentiality is my
top priority but please note that
I am not liable for data that is not securely transmitted to me.
HOW QUICKLY
CAN YOU HELP ME?
Turnaround times vary depending on the task's complexity and size.
During our consultation, we'll
discuss timescales and set clear
expectations to ensure you're delighted with the results.

If anything changes during a project that has an impact on the turnaround time I would let you know asap.
